Lenny Glazer, CEO of Contempo Cuisine, has a Bachelor of Science degree from Cleveland State University and 30 years of experience in the food industry. Mira Glazer is in charge of the administrative portion of the business. Both Lenny and Mira are hardworking and dedicated, making time to work closely with their clients to ensure their ultimate satisfaction.
Caren Mendelsohn has years of experience in customer service. Her friendliness and good cheer make her an ideal office manager who is always willing to help in any way possible.
Our Head Chef, Ray Singh, has been with us since 1998. He excels in creating mouth-watering recipes from appetizers to delicious soups and entrees. Chef Ray is always ready to help customize the perfect menu for any occasion -- large or small.
Frank Bellone, Baker Extraordinaire, is our in house pastry chef and cake baker. With many years of experience, he brings creativity to every dessert he prepares. Frank is more than happy to meet with clients to discuss a custom design for their wedding, birthday or anniversary cake. Seeing (and tasting) is believing!
